Twin Cities Youth Theatre (TCYT) is now accepting applications for its Artistic Team
We are looking for three youth, grades 8th through 12th, who are ready to commit their time and energy to TCYT and the future of youth theatre in Minnesota.
All members of the artistic team will receive a $100 a month stipend.
The Artistic Team will have opportunities to…
Set the mission and priorities of TCYT
Run its social media and outreach efforts
Produce and direct one to three shows a year, which will involve youth from around the Twin Cities
Develop original theatre
Run and develop summer programs, community events, and classes
Support and publicize youth shows and programs across Minnesota
TCYT is ready to adjust its work to reflect the interests and talents of its team, which could include:
Performing (acting, singing, dancing)
Choreographing & music directing
Technical theatre (lights, sound, stage managing, set, props, costumes, etc.)
Graphic design and visual media (posters, programs, photography, video)
And anything else you’re passionate about!

Two meetings a month (more in the midst of productions), plus 5 to 10 hours of work a month, with a significant additional commitment during production periods.

Fill out our application form. We may invite you to do an additional interview. Positions will be finalized by early December.
